Resulting from the fusion of the SNAM and FACAM, AMCF was officially create on June 29th, 2016 in the form of a profesionnal syndicat in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 21st, 1884 modified by that of October 28th, 1982 .

CHAMBRE ARBITRALE MARITIME DE PARIS

 

In order to solve their possible disputes, C.A.M.P. offers to parties engaged in international maritime trade:

  • An organization and arbitration Rules which have stood the test of time.

  • A list of about 60 independent arbitrators having experience in professional fields (as commercial maritime practitioners, jurists or maritime experts).

  • A simple and fast procedure at a reasonable cost.

CLUSTER MARITIME FRANCAIS

 

The French Maritime Cluster (CMF) is an organisation established in 2006 by and for professionals to promote the interests of all sectors of the maritime economy from manufacturing to services. The membership of the CMF is composed of entreprises large and small, competitiveness clusters, federations and associations, laboratories and research centres, colleges and training institutions, local authorities and economic stakeholders, even the French Navy.

The Federation of National Associations of Ship Brokers & Agents (FONASBA)

 

 It provides a united voice for the world’s ship brokers and agents. Founded in 1969, the organisation promotes fair and equitable practices and ensures that the needs of our members are understood at international, regional and individual national level across the maritime industry.

FONASBA maintains a close watch on all developments of interest and concern to the ship broking and ship agency professions and takes appropriate action to ensure that those interests are protected.

Société Nationale de Sauvetage en Mer (SNSM)

 

The SNSM is an association of public utility, created in 1967. It has the role to help voluntarily and free the human lives in danger, at sea and on thecoasts. Composed of 7 000 voluntary distributed on the whole of the French territory, the SNSM ensures each year more than 5 000 interventionsand makes it possible to help nearly 8 000 people. The SNSM is financed by the  generosity of the public and private partners.
